退款政策
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to receive your item for return. If you do decide that you need to return the product, we will charge a 20% return handling fee. And you will need to pay the shipping cost incurred by the return, please understand.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items not requested for return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and get it right.
Exceptional/non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases. Due to the particularity of the products, we do not support the return of the whole series of products of First Class Stamp. Of course, if there is any problem, we welcome you to contact us by email. We will reply and solve your problem within 24 hours. If you have questions or concerns about your particular project, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sales items or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return what you already have, and once the return is accepted, buy something new separately.
refund
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you and let you know if you approve the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded according to the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail a refund.
